Classes

Corporate events, birthdays, showers, book club, or a night out with friends and family this is a great time to have fun, learn something new and eat great food that you create. All classes are taught in a professional kitchen and all pizzas are baked in a classic woodburning oven. These classes are interactive, and a combination of demonstration and hands on. Enjoy and relax starting with appetizers, making featured items to take home and a sweet treat to eat before the end of class.

Desserts: Our motto is “Life is too short eat dessert first!” We dream in Parisian macarons, lemon tarts, ganaches, panna cotta, cakes, cookies, and bavarians....you get the picture and you can learn to make these treats. Learn techniques and ingredients that will give you knowledge and confidence to become the star of any dinner party or special event.

Pizza Class:

Learn about flours, yeast, shaping and baking methods. We include sauce making and topping varieties. Throughout the class you will also learn a variety of helpful things like caramelized onions, knife skills, and making a proper vinaigrette. Everyone will enjoy making their own pizza, taking home dough and ending with dessert .

Gift certificates are available for classes. These are great as a gift for the Holiday, Bridal shower, Anniversary or Birthday . During the winter months we will be teaching classes in : Breads, pastry , and pizza. Cost is $75.00 per person .

We reserve the right to cancel a class without a minimum number of students, you will receive a full refund . A full refund will be made if you cancel 48 hours before the class begins. There is no refund given with fewer than 48 hours.
