Oh my! the holidays are almost here and none of us are ready!!!!  Have no fear or anxiety we are furiously working to be prepared to bake for all of your events and parties. The plum puddings will be made the day before Thanksgiving  and then soaked in brandy each week so it will be ready to flame on Christmas Day.  Thousands of hand decorated sugar cookies will be baked and ready for pick up for parties along with pastries, tarts, and holiday cakes with pulled sugar bows!   At  le Gateau sugar plums do dance in our heads!  Order as soon as possible especially Sue's award winning gingerbread houses!
