Best Wedding Cakes

All the cakes  at le Gateau are iced in Italian meringue buttercream made with plugra butter and flavored with white chocolate, grand marnier, wild berry schnapps, or vanilla.    The price of the cake includes any flavor of cake and filling. The fillings are fresh raspberries or strawberries, chocolate ganache, caramel, lemon curd or mocha mousse.  Sue also bakes  kosher cakes and gluten-free cakes that taste great.  Fresh flowers come from your florist and we arrange them on the cake.  Gumpaste flowers cost extra.
